General Terms and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between jitabe and users of its website https://jitabe.cam ("Platform"). By registering an account on this platform, logging in, or using it in any way, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

jitabe is an online gaming and cricket betting platform operated in English for Bangladeshi users. The platform follows safe, transparent, and responsible gaming policies.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

To use the jitabe platform, the following conditions must be met:

Each individual may open only one account. If the same person or members of the same household operate multiple accounts from the same device or IP address, jitabe reserves the right to close all such accounts. 3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. jitabe will not be held responsible for any financial loss resulting from a security breach of your account, unless it is proven that the loss was caused by our own fault.

3.3 Identity Verification

jitabe may request a national identity card, passport, or other documents for account verification at any time. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

jitabe currently accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for all methods). Only use payment methods registered in your own name for your account. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Once a withdrawal request is approved, it is generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals will only be made via the same method used to deposit. Withdrawals may be delayed if jitabe's verification process has not been completed.

4.3 Currency and Taxes

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). The user is solely responsible for paying any applicable taxes or duties.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus giving a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳12,000 will apply the maximum ৳5,000 bonus giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, a 15x wagering requirement must be met. This means that for a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳15,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawal. If the set time limit for meeting the wagering requirement expires, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.

5.3 General Bonus Policy Terms

• Bonuses cannot be claimed on multiple accounts from the same IP address or device.
• Bonus-related withdrawals may be held if account verification has not been completed.
• jitabe reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• Bonus promotions are offered primarily for entertainment purposes and are not a guarantee of any income.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Casino Games

Each game has its own rules and terms, which are described within the game itself. All games available on the platform follow a fair play policy. If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error, the relevant betting round will be cancelled and the bet amount will be refunded.

6.2 Sports Betting

When betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments) and other sports, bets must be finalised within the set timeout. If a match or event is cancelled, the bet will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a bet remains incomplete due to an internet disconnection or device failure, the final decision will be made according to the server record.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Fraudulent activity, providing false information, or using another person's identity.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Operating multiple accounts for the same individual.
• Using bots, automated software, or any artificial means to earn bonuses or rewards.
• Threatening or behaving inappropriately towards other users.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Depositing or withdrawing using third-party payment methods.

If any of the above activities are proven, jitabe reserves the right to close the account without notice and confiscate all deposited funds.

Responsible Gaming

jitabe firmly believes in responsible gaming. Gaming is a form of entertainment — it is not a source of income. We offer the following features for users:

jitabe is not liable for any gaming losses incurred by a user. jitabe does not bear responsibility for indirect losses caused by technical errors or communication disruptions. jitabe operates a secure platform with the utmost care, but cannot assume full liability for losses caused by external cyber attacks.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. We aim to respond within 24 hours. If a resolution is not reached through support, send a detailed complaint by email. Our resolution process is fair, transparent, and applies equally to both parties.

Changes and Amendments to the Terms

jitabe reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via their account or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
